DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and related legislation, you have the right to obtain information by submitting a written application to the data controller, Samira Resort Hotel.

1. PURPOSE

Through the application form below, you have the right to;

• a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• b) Request information if it has been processed,
• c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• d) Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• e) Request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• f) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
• g) Request that the third parties to whom your data is transferred be notified of the actions taken pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) above,
• h) Object to a result against you that arises exclusively from the analysis via automated systems,
• i) Demand compensation for damages in the event you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing of the data.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS

Our hotel evaluates your requests as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction does not incur a cost, it may be concluded immediately, or if it requires an additional cost, it will be concluded after a fee is requested and approval is obtained. Our hotel may accept and process the request or reject the request in writing by explaining the reason. If the application is due to an error of our Hotel, the fee collected will be refunded to the Data Subject.

3. CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION

The information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date, and our Hotel does not accept liability for requests arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided in the form below or unauthorized applications. For your personal security and to ensure your data security, our Hotel requests additional information and documents from you (e.g., a copy of your ID card or driver's license, etc.) for identification purposes.

4. EXCEPTIONS

In the cases specified below, since the processing of personal data is mandatory under the law, the right to request regarding these issues will not apply:

• a) Processing of personal data by real persons within the scope of activities strictly related to themselves or family members living in the same residence, provided it is not disclosed to third parties and data security obligations are complied with.
• b) Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning, and statistics by anonymizing them with official statistics.
• c) Processing of personal data for art, history, literature, or scientific purposes, or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, right to privacy, or personal rights, or constitute a crime.
• d) Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive and protective activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order, or economic security.
• e) Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or execution authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution procedures.

In the following situations, you only have the right to claim compensation for the damage incurred:

• a) Processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of a crime or a criminal investigation.
• b) Processing of personal data that has been made public by the data subject themselves.
• c) Processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of auditing or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by authorized public institutions and professional organizations having the nature of a public institution.
• d) Processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the State regarding budget, tax, and financial matters.

• To confirm your identity and avoid giving information to the wrong person, in writing via a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt,
• By sending an e-mail to info@samiraresort.com using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address (if any) previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems.
